What time do I have to vacate the room?
Check-out time is 11am.
Subject to availability, you can extend your stay with a late check-out (at an additional cost).
Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes, Hotel Mandarina Strassen has a free private parking lot at the rear of the building.
No reservation is necessary: there are plenty of spaces available for all our guests.
You can also leave your car on site on the day of arrival (in the case of early check-in) or after check-out, if you wish to explore the city by public transport.
Can I recharge my electric vehicle at the hotel?
Yes, a charging station is available in the hotel parking lot. The charge is €10 per charge.
Additional charging stations are also available nearby, including at the Pall Center Strassen, just a few minutes' walk away.
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?
We don't offer a private shuttle service, but you can easily reach the airport or the city center with bus line 16, which stops right in front of the hotel.
The service is free, runs from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and takes you to:
/ Downtown in 15 minutes
/ Airport terminal in 30 minutes
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Hotel Mandarina Strassen. A supplement of €15 per stay applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
They are also allowed in the breakfast room, subject to availability. Our staff can advise you on a specific location for your dog's comfort.
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast is €14 per person. If you have not booked it in advance, you can add it to your stay on request at reception.
What services are available at the bar?
The hotel does not have a traditional bar, but drinks can be purchased directly from reception during opening hours (7 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
A vending machine is also available on the first floor, offering a selection of cold drinks and snacks. Payment in coins only.
Can I order room service?
The hotel does not offer room service. However, our bar and restaurant are open to offer you a pleasant culinary experience on site.
What should I do if I want to extend my stay?
If you would like to extend your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Is this a smoking hotel?
No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in your room.
In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to automatically debit a fine of 100 euros from the card deposited as security.
For smokers, an ashtray is available outside at the entrance. We thank you for respecting this rule to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests.
