Our reception is open every day from 7am to 11pm. Our team is on hand to support you throughout your stay: practical information, recommendations, reservations or help if you need it.

📞 Outside opening hours, an emergency number is available on site. In case of need, Securitas will intervene promptly.

For those arriving before check-in time or wishing to enjoy the city after leaving, we offer a free luggage storage service. You can leave your luggage in the safe hands of our team, whether it's for a few hours or a whole day. This service is ideal for allowing you to make the most of every moment without being encumbered.

The hotel does not offer a private shuttle, but it is perfectly served by the Grand Duchy's free public transport.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Mandarina Strassen!
A supplement of €15 per stay applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.

🐶 In the breakfast room: dogs are allowed, subject to availability. Our team can recommend a suitable location for added comfort.

Please ensure that your pets are well-behaved, quiet and on a leash in common areas, to guarantee the comfort of all our guests.

🚗 Parking & Transport

Free parking
Free private parking is available at the rear of the hotel. No reservation is necessary: enough spaces are available for all our guests. You can also leave your car on site on the day of your arrival (early check-in) or after check-out to visit the city in peace.

⚡ Electric charging: a charging point is available in the parking lot (€10 per charge). Additional charging points can be found nearby, including at the Pall Center Strassen.

The hotel is ideally located and perfectly served by free public transport in Luxembourg.

Bus line 16: stop right in front of the hotel

Bus line 11: accessible from downtown

🛤️ From Luxembourg train station
Take the streetcar to downtown, then bus 16 or 11 to the hotel.

✈️ From Luxembourg airport
Take bus 16 directly to Strassen. The stop is right in front of the hotel.

🚗 By car
From the A6 freeway, take the Bridel exit, then follow signs for Strassen.
